ALL CARE is a provider of Intensive In-Home and Substance Abuse Services for adolescents and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, mental health, and substance abuse challenges that prohibit them from
leading productive and healthy lives.
        All Care’s goal is to assist our clients in improving and stabilizing their functioning in the home, school and community, decreasing the possibility of intervention by social services, mental health, law enforcement, or hospitalization. ALL CARE serves adolescents and families who reside in the state of Virginia.

To provide therapeutic counseling and support services to families that will have a positive impact upon their dignity, self-worth, parenting skills and effective household management.
